Challenge

SheCodes Hackathon Vietnam is a premier hackathon event held in three major cities across Vietnam, fostering innovation and collaboration among aspiring technologists. The event required cohesive branding and design to engage participants and build excitement both online and offline.

Responsibilities

Design Team Leadership, Branding and Visual Identity, Social Media and Web Design, Merchandise Design

What I did

  • Led a team of 7 designers, coordinating workflows and ensuring consistency across all deliverables

  • Conducted regular team check-ins to align goals and maintain project timelines

  • Developed visually engaging designs for social media campaigns to promote the hackathon and drive registrations

  • Designed event merchandise, including T-shirts, tote bage, and lanyards, to provide a cohesive participant experience
